5 star staff, friendly and professional service, excellently maintained facilities. Dog friendly building, fast elevators, beautiful views, tons of floor to ceiling windows in the units, and a rooftop that will amaze! You can walk to the loop, they have indoor parking on site, 2 blocks from the expressways, 1 block to the Clinton El, and 4 blocks from the metro and Amtrak. Most importantly, a few blocks in any direction you can eat at the best restaurants Chicago has to offer.

We love living here! The concierges and maintenance staff are always incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The building is dog-friendly, and the tenants and their dogs are very friendly. The new common spaces are gorgeous, and our unit has gorgeous views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The location is great as well - close enough to the loop to walk anywhere in it and just a few blocks off of the Randolph Street restaurants.
